Artichoke Dippin' Sauce

One of our favorites! If you like garlic, you won't be able to stay out of this one! Just add sour cream, mayonnaise, a can of chopped artichoke hearts (optional) and 2 tablespoons of this mix. Chill and serve as a cold dip, spread it on a roast beef, turkey, or chicken sandwich. It can be used in pasta salad, potato salad, or served hot over corn chips. One package of mix makes several two-cup batches. For those watching their weight, our dip can be made with fat free or low fat mayonnaise and sour cream.
