| One of our favorites! If you like garlic, you won’t be able to stay out of this one! Just add sour cream, mayo, a can of chopped artichoke hearts (optional) and 2 tablespoons of this mix. Chill and serve as a cold dip, spread it on a roast beef, turkey, or chicken sandwich, make a cold pasta salad with it, put it in your potato salad, or make the dip and heat along with some Tostitos. Serve it hot and it will drive you wild! It makes multiple two cup batches (can be made with nofat or lowfat mayo & sour cream). |
